Where Is The Parameter Fencing For Phase 3A & 3B???

Another issue the RA wishes to highlight here is the absence of the perimeter wall for residents in Phase 3A & 3B.
Believe it or not many residents have already moved into the houses in Phase 3A. I wonder what is on their mind now as I am blogging this post?
I wonder whether they are able to sleep soundly when they go to bed?
The RA is serious to voice all concerns and if you are a resident in 3A please contact us as the RA was formed to look into all residents grievances including 3A & 3B (yet to get CF).

How can you sell a house when some of the important features (parameter fencing) is yet to be built? Landfill is currently underway as I am seeing a lot of trucks unloading vast amount of debris and sand into the lake.
Why landfill you might ask? Well I believe if you dwell on this a couple of minutes you could come up with a couple of reasonable conclusions.
I think Malaysians in general are the most tolerant people in the world when it comes to their rights being infringed, I say this because residents here pay at least RM 350,000 per house and are willing to just sit on their arses and bite their tongue and just get on with their daily lives hoping for something to happen or for somebody to do something about it as long as it is not themselves........how can this be I tell myself? Imagine how much you have invested in your property here in TMP........cost of loan financing assuming you have taken up to 90% over 30 years, the figure at 6.75% interest per year over 30 years and on top of that possibly cost of renovation another RM 50,000. All in all my point is how can we just sit down and not do anything about everything in TMP which concerns us all and could have a drastic effect on the property price here at present and well into the future.

  2. Hello fellow resident welcome to TMP. TMP 8 faces the row of foreign workers squatter houses which had recently been demolished as work in TMP is about to complete, however having said that there will be another development in the same area for a low-medium apartment projects 5 storeys) coming up soon.
So should you be worried, I think a tad if you were to ask for my advice.....reason being is that the perimeter wall in front of your house is too low and not sufficient to keep intruders out.
If it is a low-medium cost apartments then most likely majority of the apartments will be rented out to foreign workers working in the nearby light industrial area just outside TMP. It is important now that we voice out these concerns to the developer to "beef" up the perimeter wall by adding extra deterrent materials like barb-wire at the base of the perimeter fencing and blade wires to futher enhance the security of the current structure of the perimeter wall.
The RA advice you to voice out your concerns by forwarding a mail to the developer just to highlight your concerns pertaining the said matter so the RA have a majority voice to get the developer to add the said barb-wire and blade wire to make the perimeter wall surrounding Phase 3A and 3B more secure thus giving the residents peace of mind and a good night sleep.
