The 2nd RA meeting was held at the maintenance office as depicted in the picture where we discussed many issues, especially issues which were brought up and specifically highlighted to Mr WK Lee.No representative from TMP management team came but however the RA received an email reply to issues discussed during the 1st RA meeting in which we have posted earlier in this blog with RA reply.
I wonder whether it was appropriate for Interpile not sending any representatives to attend the 2nd RA meeting, or whether after a quite heated 1st RA meeting, listening to all the issues at hand did they purposely avoided a 2nd confrontation? Hmmmmmmmm......actually by reading their email reply I would just have to come to a simple conclusion of typical delay tactics (buy time).
Enough said, no intention of discrediting any party whatsoever but I honestly believe TMP management have brought it upon themselves for not taking all of the residents complaints and suggestions at an earlier stage seriously....I suppose if you are big enough you could afford to practice such policy.......like the humourous DIGI advertisement shown at cinemas where the guy was talking so loud into his handphone in the cinema while a movie was being screened......"WHO DARE SCOLD ME........I TAI-KO MAHHHHH!!! Somehow this does ring a bell.
Fortunately I must say as homeowners/residents....TAI-KO or not we believe in fighting for our rights as consumers and to give an opportunity to the developer to make good on all their promises. As homeowners like the majority of all the residents here, we would like to come home to a place we feel safe, comfortable and proud to call home after a hard day's work .....nothing more or less.
Do what is right and by the law to protect what is righfully yours, fight for your rights when it is called for and stand up to those that think they are above the law. With this message I urge all residents to strongly pass a thought to all your neighbours to participate by supporting your RA and we will be organizing a meet the residents campaign to promote the objectives of the RA and to gather a majority for a mandate to be legally recognized by the ROS as the official voice in TMP.
Remember folks the RA consist of residents just like you and they are all volunteers, so please leave your typical Malaysian live and let live attitude behind and start making a difference by giving a damn about your community which is also your home, not only for you but also for your loved ones. We are not just talking of the present but asking you to look well into the future to ensure TMP do not end up just another "taman" but to maintain a certain living standards we all can be proud of to call our home.

ReplyDeletepardon me if i missed out any part of the information provided from any sources. what was the medium previously used to have the residents aware of the meeting schedule? do we all know the meeting schedule? as mentioned, it's crucial to have all of us giving feedback and suggestion to improve our community. thus it's important to have all the residents aware. ya! we have to spread this to our neighbours, expecially to those owners which have yet to move in.
Anyway, a very great move of having the suggestion box! and soon we will also have a notice board! APPRECIATE on all the initiative and ideas!

Should we have missed you out, it is because we do not have your name, address as well as your contact (phone & mail). Eventually we will be posting our meeting schedule on the notice board once it is up.
