Sample of Security Signage with Contact Numbers

This is just to highlight some of the standards encouraged by other developers for a better quality standard of living for its home buyers as depicted in this photograph. Security company's helpline and included in the signage the police
number responsible for the area concerned.
This is one of many little things that will make a difference and I think a step in the right direction and definitely if TMP management start doing all these little things I believe it will start repairing some of its tarnished image and bad press it has attracted to date.
Why follow when you can lead?
Why wait when you can act?

  1. I think it's a great idea to let residents have our guard house's phone no. of our guard house, but from the previous RA meeting, we all know that there's no phone line installed in the guard booth. Will they be installing a phone in the future?

  3. it's a great effort to have everyone voice out and to follow up.

Yes! finally the phone line application has been submitted. I do not know if we have to wait for monthsss to say - Yes! FINALLY the phone line is up. Did they commit a date or should we negotiate for a due date.

There were just too many empty and delay promises by the developer. As they were saying an emergency contact numbers have been furnished to the residents. I am certain that not all residents aware of the said contact neither they know the procedures of the said emergency contact besides than calling the police station. Obviosly, they are not serious in dealing with our complaints and delivery their mandate.

Security has been bad in TMP as a gated concept. There were broke-in cases, the common trespassing and wires cutting/switchbox stealing, even stealing the whole stainless steel staircase handrail which have been fixed up nicely. Why are we paying for worries?

It's security, it's critical yet they are not taking our pains seriously.

  4. Your pains is our pain X 10 when it comes to issues and the amount of frustration dealing with the developer......which is the main reason of the formation of the said TMP RA. Without a RA all complaints will be ignored as we have no entity or legal capacity to be taken seriously.
Having said that I have to say the RA since its inception have made steady progress in getting the attention of the right people pertaining the situation in TMP. We need more support from residents like yourself however we need the numbers in the form of a signed petition.
The RA have already compiled a list of complaints with pictures and have already submitted to the proper channel. The RA is doing the best and will continue to keep all residents posted.
Please help us spread the news of the RA's cause and start helping change the mindset of residents within TMP that what happens within TMP is their business and everyone elses. All residents must give the RA full support and mandate to be even more effective as a majority to challenge the said developer and ultimately create a better and healthier living lifestyle for all in TMP.
