Picture 2 a different angle of the said "Kawasan Lapang", imagine a side lane space created big enough for 2 maybe even 3 cars to park alongside specially for visitor vehicle to park and to obtain the necessary visitor pass and to check-in with the security without obstructing other vehicles especially residents of TMP due to the current single lane entry.

honestly.. the fencing & the guard house totally out of my expectation of having a gated residential.
ReplyDeletelooking at the quality of both.. i really feel that we have been shortchanged of having a nice gated lake side residential. the appearance of tmp fencing and guard house look more like a low-mid cost housing area to me. those 2 plays an important role of tmp value.
why do i say the developer shortchanged us? at least for myself, the feeling developer gave me for having the fencing & guard house - it's secure, it's nice, it's private.. etc.. but both the fencing & guard house did not deliver what it should be.
appearance aside, how many of us seen intruders coming in from the fence? how many times the security aluminium barrier got broken?
do you really feel it's safe? do you really feel it's a nice gated residential area? ohhh ya.. with a beautiful lake with rubish smelly flows?
be it i am over expected.. i still feel tmp value wasnt delivered by the developer.
We absolutely agree with you and your concerns have been voiced over and over to Interpile and Malton.
ReplyDeleteWe are in the midst of getting a meeting arranged between Interpile, MPSJ, Lembaga Perumahan and to be moderated by a member of the state assembly to thrash out these issues and to get a proper reply to these issues.
We can only ask for your patience and continuing support. In the meantime do what you can when you can to make TMP a better place.
