This Is The Exact Dual Lane Entry And Exit Malton Have To Build For TMP.


This is the guardhouse residents in Puchong Hartamas got, a dual lane entry and exit with proper signage indicating visitor and resident lanes respectively. These photos were kindly given to us by Melvin a concerned resident in TMP in support of the RA justifiably demanding from Malton/Interpile to do what ever it takes to improve the current single lane entry and exit to what is needed to cater for 504 households occupants.

With reference to the previous post indicating the revenue from the sale of the said total 504 parcel units in TMP at an average price of RM 350,000 which will amount to a grand total of RM 176,400,000.00. Huge amount and what kind of guardhouse did we get?
Imagine an average family will have a minimum of 4 members, this will come to about approximately 2,016 individuals and per household will have on average 3 vehicles at least which totals up to 1,512 vehicles.
Imagine the peak hours in the morning and evening where residents will leave for work and return? What will happen considering we only have a single lane exit and entry? It is purely so RIDICULOUS, UNIMAGINABLY SHORT SIGHTED AND*#@!!*#@!
Do pardon my colourful language but I just need to voice out my frustration especially when talking about issues pertaining to the developer's corporate social responsibility to the customers/residents. Imagine being able to build a large scale Billion Ringgit project like the Pavillion in Kuala Lumpur and this is the kind of issues we paying customers have to put up with? The worst thing is that they are so big and with so much money and mind you our hard earned money.......and the RA's request for a decent guardhouse with dual lane entry and exit (equipped with a proper boom gate and motor) with proper signages in place and perimeter wall fence to date have been shrugged off with a mere reply of insufficient budget! Phase 3 perimeter fence mind you is still missing.........................daylight robbery if you ask me!
These are the basic amenities we should get and as a responsible developer should build for the residents/paying customers. This is the basic right of all residents buying a property with the "Gated and Guarded" community living concept.
It is without a doubt that we are owed such a guardhouse as well as a proper perimeter wall fencing to properly secure TMP compound.
