Picture taken at Jaya Jusco above by the RA showing a very practical and I believe affordable design which can be implemented for Taman Mutiara Puchong to protect drivers/residents on rainy days when using the proximity card to gain entry or when exiting TMP.
Imagine Jaya Jusco could provide such amenity for their patrons why Malton could not provide for its customers cum residents in TMP? Such an irony is it not?
A resident in TMP on average would be paying at least RM 350,000 per unit and as I have previously posted Malton will stand to collect a total of RM 176,000,000 (RM 176 Million) approximately. No matter how you look at it and from all angles, inside out and upside down and all around it is rather bemusing to the point of whether you choose to laugh or to cry, thinking about how is it possible for the said developer in layman terms almost to the point of short changing us residents in TMP in broad daylight.
How much to erect the said shade design as depicted in the picture above?
How much to expand current single lane entry/exit to a double lanes?
How much to improve the perimeter wall fencing structure to provide maximum security and prevention from intruders, replacing the current poor design surrounding Phase 1 and 2?
I believe we live in a world of give and take in this particular case we as residents have given the full payment through hard earned savings plus bank loans just to live in the promise land. In this case literally, TMP is a land full of promises, promise of a "gated and guarded" living concept meaning with great security amenities like state of the art CCTV system, secure perimeter wall fencing, lakeview, warranty against termites for 5 years and ??? If I did miss out anything please do feel free to add via comment/s.
All I want honestly.......is for the developer to deliver evrything they had promised with the purest of intentions and as a developer which practices corporate social responsibility. Why did Malton fail us in areas that are truly most important? Poor project management team? Lousy sub-contractor? What else? Whatever it is I truly believe we the residents in TMP deserve better! We deserve what residents in Li Villas PJ 16 got and what Bukit Rimau residents got! Exactly what was promised and paid for, nothing more nor do I expect anything LESS!
