Dear Fellow Residents Of Taman Mutiara Puchong,
BARRING OF THE ACCESS CARD FOR SERVICE FEE DEFAULTERS
Effective Date: 16th January 2009
Please kindly update your overdue accounts to avoid any unnecessary complications as barred access cards will take 10 working days to activate.
Please kindly support your community in Taman Mutiara Puchong by ensuring timely payments for the betterment of all residents (young and old) to facilitate proper funding of monthly expenses to upkeep the following items: Security services, boomgate system, CCTV system, community cleaners, fogging, upkeep of the perimeter wall/metal grille, property management services and resident community centre.
Adequate funding will only allow for more security enhancements planned in the future and currently under consideration such as dual entry lane to ease traffic and security management plus additional manual boomgate (subject to Malton handover of the property to MPSJ and approval), hiring of Gurkha guards (2 for each shift to handle main guard house), additional CCTV cameras to be placed at the four corners of the perimeter wall, additional lighting to ensure the park area is well lit to facilitate sporting activities after dark, repair and resurfacing of the basketball and badminton courts just to name a few.

为了让蒲种珍珠花园所有居民(年轻或老少)能享有一个美好的居住环境,请您务必准时交付月费以确保我们有足够的资金来管理每月所产生的费用包括:保安服务,闸门系统,闭路电视,社区清洁,灭蚊服务,围墙/铁柱保修,物业管理服务以及居民社区中心。
为了配合提升保安措施的计划,我们必须要有足够的资金来执行。当中的计划包括早已在策划中的双道入口处和额外闸门(若发展商已回交管理权给市政局) 聘请Gurkha保安员 (每班两个负责主要保安室),在花园围墙四个角落增加闭路电视,增加花园路灯以便各种夜间活动可以进行,维修篮球场和羽球场等等。

is this being practise? i saw alot cars without car sticker(year 2009) parking inside our taman ler... some of them still with sticker year 2008...
ReplyDeleteIt is being practiced but I have to add that it is inevitable that we still have individuals whom are difficult and these are the people that the security vendor have been instructed to make life difficult by insisting that they register everytime they enter TMP compound. This is all we can do as for your information there are certain limitation to what we can impose as we are not a properly gazetted "GATED and GUARDED" development as Interpile Sdn Bhd led us to believe. We are actually gazetted as a "Guarded" and the gated concept only came later when Interpile submitted plans to erect a perimeter wall fencing. If you are interested to find out more then please be a part of the RA by joining us in the meeting to find out all the latest and juicy details. All residents especially owners are encouraged to do so for the sake of the community more should participate actively in the RA to ensure that we have the strength in numbers to deal with the developer and the local authority to ensure that everything promised by the developer must be fulfilled.
