Use your brain, use your brain as what Phua Chu Kang likes to say and I think again I have to add is where was Malton's when designing the said perimeter wall fence? Like one of the comment received by a resident, anyone could have drawn up the design as it requires no brains in doing so.
HALF SECURITY = NO SECURITY
This video is specifically posted to challenge Malton's COO statement of providing high security features for the residents in Taman Mutiara Puchong. Either he is in a world of his own in his mind or he is in denial in his capacity as a COO or he refuses to admit the shortcomings of his project team or his whole organization.
How can such blatant injustice to the residents in Taman Mutiara Puchong be tolerated by the authorities is beyond me.
Not no brain .... may be the designer or architect graduated from sekolah pondok baru. How on earth can he design such a low perimeter wall which easily go through and easily climb in. Better check his qualification again whether he is registered with engineering or architetural council

ReplyDeleteYou are right
Half Security = No Security
Maybe if somebody break into the Malton Management office, then it MIGHT knock some sense into them
The fact that Malton places a guard to jaga their guard house means they are aware of the design flaws (low fencing, ladder-like design, wide gap between bars) and security lax. But they chose to take care of their own property only, not the residents'. It is basic corporate duty to look into customers' complaints immediately. If the complaints are genuine, rectify it immediately instead of prolonging till liability period is over or wait for something bad to happen. By then Malton image would be tarnished for their non-responsive attitude. The photos and videos proved beyond doubt the design flaws. Need we say more? - SP
