The Voices of TMP Community is published by the community for the community. It serves exclusively as a medium of communication for all TMP residents with the hope of creating awareness, promoting harmony and cohesiveness amongst all TMP residents.
The Voices of TMP community is represented by its own resident association formed on the 24th June 2007 with a total of 200+ signatures endorsements from residence to date.

Is TMP a fully "GATED AND GUARDED" housing development? You be the judge.....because I rest my case!
I would like to suggest our guards make their rounds either on foot or bicycles, but not on motorbikes! Oftentimes I see the guards zooming past the houses looking straight on only. That really defeats the purpose of patrolling. At least with bicycles they can hear the surroundings, and cover more areas in our big housing community.
Good to hear from a fellow resident....yes what you have suggested makes great sense and the RA have already submitted a similar suggestion to the management. Having said that, the more pertinent issue is the quality of the guards currently and as a response to the RA's barrages of complaints pertaining the said matter the current security guards contract has been terminated and the new security outfit will commence on the 18th August 2007. The RA will meet the new security guard outfit and will suggest a briefing pertaining their S.O.P.P (standard oprating procedures and protocols). The RA will also look to offer suggestions to ensure that the guards know exactly what are the important aspect of security which we the residents have seen lacking from the current one. Please continue to lend your support and also act as a model resident as the RA believes every resident will have to contribure in their own way to make TMP a great residence.
